Insurance companies often dictate treatment plans, session frequency, and require early diagnoses, which can limit your options significantly. By not accepting insurance, I am able to ensure that you receive the most effective, individualized treatment possible.

I do offer superbills for clients interested in pursing reimbursement from insurance. While coverage depends on your plan, this can help offset the cost of sessions.

Sessions are conducted virtually via secure video platforms. This allows us to meet from the comfort and privacy of your own space, making therapy more convenient and accessible.

For folks living in the Charlotte area, there may be opportunities to meet in-person. This may mean meeting wherever your anxiety lives (home, malls, coffee shops, etc.) or simply going for a walk in a local park.

I require a 24 hours notice (1 business day) for cancellations. Clients who cancel within 24 hours or no show will be charged the full session fee. This policy ensures that time is reserved for you and allows others the opportunity to schedule.
