You might've woken up this morning hoping today would be different. Perhaps you’d finally join that yoga class you’ve been eyeing, or meet a friend for coffee without worrying about passing out or losing control. But as the day went on, that familiar sense of unease returned, and every thought and sensation felt like an emergency. You’ve gone to the doctor (more than once) only to be told that it's “just anxiety.” You’re trying SO hard to calm your mind and nothing seems to work. You feel frustrated, misunderstood, and downright exhausted. As someone who works with people facing exactly these struggles, know that I genuinely believe getting unstuck is possible.
I specialize in the treatment of anxiety disorders and Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD). Through evidence-based strategies and a collaborative approach, I will help you make sense of your experience, gradually confront your fears, and get back to what truly matters in life.
